Depending on the service you use, Vuridian may collect:

• Account and contact information, such as your name and email address.
• Career information that you provide, including your resume, work history, skills, preferences, and responses to candidate questions.
• Opportunity information, such as job descriptions, role details, and materials connected with a career review.
• Consent, authorization, and service activity records needed to operate the service and protect candidate choices.
• Limited technical and security information needed to maintain accounts, prevent misuse, and operate the website.
• Payment and transaction information when you purchase a service. Payment card information may be processed directly by Vuridian’s payment provider rather than stored by Vuridian.

How we use information

Vuridian uses personal information to:

• Provide the services and materials you request.
• Analyze career and opportunity information according to the product you select.
• Maintain candidate accounts, preferences, consent, and release decisions.
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and completed services.
• Protect the security, reliability, and integrity of the platform.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce Vuridian’s terms.

Vuridian does not sell personal information. Vuridian does not use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising and does not use advertising pixels on its website.

How information is shared

Vuridian may share personal information with service providers that support platform hosting, data storage, artificial intelligence processing, communications, payment processing, security, and business operations. These providers may process information only to provide services to Vuridian and are subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.

Vuridian may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of candidates or others, or as part of a corporate transaction involving Vuridian.

Vuridian will not release a candidate-controlled product to another party without the authorization required for that product.

Retention

Vuridian retains personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide its services, maintain security and consent records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When a verified deletion request applies, Vuridian may use a limited recovery period before permanently deleting eligible account information. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or consent-evidence purposes.

Your privacy choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your Vuridian account. You may also withdraw consent where the applicable product provides that choice.

Vuridian may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Send privacy requests to privacy@vuridian.com. Vuridian aims to respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Security

Vuridian uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this notice

Vuridian may update this notice as its services or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
